I have so much that I wish to write about.
My choir concerts and the amazing opportunity that they gave me to testify of my Savior, how much the Lord blesses you when you have a hard day, snow!, officially starting my mission papers, driving up to Salt Lake with some amazing people that I don’t get to see as often as I’d like, seeing the prophet of God talk about Christmas, receiving counsel on what changes I need to make in my life and how to make them, spending the evening making gingerbread cookies and singing carols with the most amazing surrogate family ever!, and then staying up until the wee hours of the morning talking to my best friend about life and how grateful we are for our Heavenly Father.
I can’t get over the opportunities that I have been blessed with. I don’t know why I have been so blessed when others are lonely, in pain, cold, hungry, and grappling with doubt. But I intend not to take the gifts lightly.
